Das neue tschechische IPRG im Kontext des EU-Rechts

Original language description

Das internationale Privat- und Prozessrecht ist in der Rechtsordnung der Tschechischen Republik überwiegend im Gesetz über das internationale Privat- und Prozessrecht (Nr. 97/1963 Slg., im Weiteren IPRG) geregelt. Das IPRG wird ab 1.1. 2014 durch das neue tschechische IPRG ersetzt. Das neue IPRG bring nicht revolutionäre Änderungen sondern aktualisiert und modernisiert das tschechische IPR. Die neue kollisionsrechtliche und prozessuale Regelung ist stark von europäischen internationalen Privatrecht beeinflusst.
