Original language description
The contribution examines the two procedurally important judgements of the Regional court in Brno on two globally functioning cartels, the GIS cartel and the CRT cartel. Especially, the rules on handling leniency application that the court draw in its judgement are studied in the light of the recent CJEU ruling and in the light of current legislative and practice of the Office on Protection of Competition. Further, some of the fundamental procedural rights of the parties to the proceedings are examined.
