New regulated Credit and Loan Agreements in the New Czech and Hungarian Civil Codes
Original language description
Credit and loan agreements are types of contracts commonly used by industry. Because of the financial consequences and often long-term binding character, the contract is of great importance for the borrower. The recodification of the Hungarian and the Czech Civil Codes has not left their credit and loan laws untouched. The paper looks into the new codification of credit and loan agreements in Hungary and in the Czech Republic with special reference to the definition and the termination of such agreements.
