Original language description
The article in general deals with the issue of enforcement of national rules regulating online gambling in the Internet environment. This issue is described in the light of the recent case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union but also in the light of the ruling of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, which dealt with the compliance of the blocking of websites containing illegal gambling with the Czech Constitutional Order. Investigated topic is discussed in the broader context of Czech and European law, with the emphasis on factual impacts resulting from difficult enforceability in the Internet environment in the area of regulation of online gambling.
