Climate Change has become one of the most critical issues facing human society today. On the one hand, climate change has brought some impacts on animals and plants. On the other hand, the effect of climate change on fundamental human rights is also increasing. In this article, will base on the 《Paris Agreement》as the main background to discuss how to find a balance between protecting basic human rights and climate change.
