Children and Their Debts: Current Situation in the Czech Republic. Part One: General Findings and Particular Types of Debts
Original language description
The study deals with the current topic of children's debts. In the first part, attention is paid to the development of relevant parts of the legislation up to the present (legal capacity, care for assets of minor and alimony). Furthermore, individual types of typical child's debts are introduced, including a reference to the possibility of solving them under the current legislation. The authors come to the partial conclusion that most of these debts can be solved without the need for changes in the legislation.
