The Principle of Non-Refoulement and the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights
Original language description
Thanks to the case law of the EU Court of Justice, the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms is not alone in playing an important role in EU migration and asylum law, the Charter of Fundamental Rights does as well.
