The Czech Ministry of Health has introduced several measures to stop the spread of COVID-19, including not allowing people who have not received the COVID-19 vaccine or who have received a direct dose of the COVID-19 vaccine to eat in restaurants, which may be in breach of 'The Rule of Law'. This article will analyse the relevant measures of the Czech Ministry of Health based on the Czech COVID-19 situation.
