Conference addressed the matters especially within the fields of International Peace and Security Law, European Law, and Human Rights Law, such as:applicability of traditional notions of PIL, such as the principle of sovereignty or non-intervention, to the domain of cyberspace,regulatory capability of the principle of non-intervention over cybernetic elections interference campaigns,legal and technical problems of attributing cybernetic dis/misinformation campaigns to particular state(s),the EU and the regulation of disinformation in the digital sphere: a viable approach or an uphill battle against tech giants?protecting digital borders: the role of EU Law and cybersecurity in countering disinformation in political processes across the EU,existing disinformation regulatory and soft law strategies & initiatives and its balancing with the existing human rights protection system,the right to receive accurate information? State obligations regarding freedom of expression in the digital age,state-sponsored disinformation as a tool for political oppression: the role of human rights mechanisms in countering digital authoritarianism.
