Questions such as asylum procedure, migrant detention centres, rights of migrants/asylum seekers, the deportation process etc., are analysed in depth. The chapter is a part of a monograph that discusses the situation in Central Europe (V4 countries) and their reaction to the migration crisis of 2015).
