The workshop "Empowering Education: Addressing Cognitive Biases and Enhancing Information Literacy in Government Organisational Communication" focused mainly on discussing the specifics of decision-making and communication processes in public administration. Secondly, it also focused on the strengths and weaknesses of the project with regard to the specifics of the topic: information discovery and testing in the civil service environment. The foreign participants are among the leading experts who, in addition to their high academic credentials, have experience in conducting similar projects in cooperation with the private and state sectors. The foreign experts were Professor Wim Elwing (Hanze University of Applied Sciences, The Netherlands), Professor Oyvind Ihlen (University of Oslo, Norway), Professor Ana Tkalač Verčič, PhD (University of Zagreb, Croatia) and Professor Dejan Verčič, (University of Ljublana, Slovenia).
