The chapter analyses Jasmila Žbanić's feature film Grbavica from a feminist intersectional perspective by drawing on feminist film studies pertaining to post-yugoslav women's cinema of trauma and by drawing on current research on raising children born of rape in post-war Balkan countries. The chapter offers various option for reading of Grbavica as a counterhegemonic representation of sexualized violence.
