God's Wounds: Hermeneutic of the Christian Symbol of Divine Suffering, vol 1, Divine Vulnerability and Creation
Original language description
A review article of the first volume of Pool's three-volume study of the Christian testimonies to the symbol of divine suffering. The volume is a careful analysis of the presuppositions of a thorough and thoughtful study of the issue. The approach is focusing on the metaphor of divine love and of the human as the imago Dei as love as those which are revealing the conditions of possibility for divine suffering and divine vulnerability with respect to creation.
