Didaktičeskie teksty Psevdo- Afanasija v slavjanskoj knižnosti

  • Original language description

This article examines the didactic themes in the texts of Slavonic Pseudo-Athanasius. It begins with an overview of two significant writings (Quaestiones ad Antiochum ducem and Epistula ad Amun), which the authors believe to have been influential in shaping the specific didactic themes of Slavonic Pseudo-Athanasiana. The main part of the article analyzes the themes of salvation and avoiding judgment of others articulated in six writings that are attributed to Athanasius - Homily on the Various Ways of Salvation, Homily on Being Discerning About Salvation, Homily on Those Who Transgress the Law, and three homilies on not judging. The Slavonic texts are presented at the end of the article.
