Cd2+ effect on photosynthetic apparatus in Synechococcus elongatus and spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.)
Original language description
Thylakoid membranes/ spheroplasts of Synechococcus elongatus and thylakoid membranes/ chloroplasts of spinach were exposed to various concentrations of Cd ions. Photochemical activity, protein compositon and RuBiSCO activity was studied.
Czech name
Vliv iontů Cd2+ na fotosyntetický aparát sinice Synechococcus elongatus a špenátu (Spinacia oleracea L.)
Czech description
Thylakoidní membrány/sféroplasty sinice Synechococcus elongatus a thylakoidní membrány/chloroplasty špenátu byly vystaveny působení různých koncentrací iontů Cd2+. Poté byly studovány jejich fotochemické aktivity, proteinové složení a aktivita RuBisCO.
