Czech description
Byly pripraveny regioisomery chitobiosy, sloucenina 13 s beta (1->3)glykosidickou vazbou, a vetvena sloucenina 25 obsahujici jak beta (1->3) tak beta (1->4) vazbu. Tyto slouceniny byly testovany jako ligandy aktivacnich receptoru prirozenych zabijecskychbunek NKR-P1 a CD69. Vetveny trisacharid 25 jevil vysokou vazebnou aktivitu vuci receptoru CD69.
