Buněčné a hormorální imunitní odpovědi na chimerické EGFP pseudocapsidy odvozené z myšího polyomaviru po jejich intranasálním podání
Czech description
VP1 pseudokapsidy odvozené z myšího polyomaviru byly použity k intranasální imunizaci myší. Tato vakcinace vyvolávala silnou imunitní odpověď proti VP1 proteinu. Protilátky proti EGFP se netvořily nicméně vakcinací byla indukována TH1 imunitní odpověď.
