Original language description
In the paper are presented results of the collaboration between the Department of Teaching and Didactics of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague and the German co-investigator of the project CITIES (Chemistry and Industry for Teachers in European Schools) in 2006 - 2009. In according to the aims of the CITIES project were realized practical laboratory courses of lifelong learning for secondary school teachers of chemistry. There were introduced new experiments aimed at the importance of chemistry for whole society and also to connect school learning with the chemical industry. The questionnaire prepared by the German colleagues have obtained interesting findings and experience.
