L´article présente les principales caractéristiques de la migration internationale en République tch?que. Compte tenu de l´évolution de la population (solde naturel négatif, vieillissement de la structure par âge), l´immigration ne peut suffire ? compenser les pertes démographiques. Le flux de migrants, légaux et illégaux, joue un rôle important sur le marché du travail tch?que. Les résultats d´une enqu?te aupr?s des migrants permet de compléter l´approche des conditions et des mécanismes de la migration économique.
