A Triazacyclononane-Based Bifunctional Phosphinate Ligand for the Preparation of Multimeric 68Ga Tracers for Positron Emission Tomography

  • Original language description

Phosphinic acid derivative of tacn with propionate side chain bound on phosphorus atom was prepared and its complexes with metal ions were investigated with focus on gallium(III). Stability constants and solid-state structures of complexes were determined. Mechanism of complexation under "chemical" and complexation efficiency under "radiochemical" conditions were investigated.
