TRAP, a Powerful and Versatile Framework for Gallium-68 Radiopharmaceuticals
Original language description
Triazacyclononane-phosphinic acid chelators (TRAP) form highly stable complexes with Ga3+ extremely efficiently over a wide pH range. Homo- and heteromultimeric bioconjugates can be easily synthesized. TRAP are rendered a chelator with ideal properties for 68-Ga positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agents development.
