Models of carbon nanoallotrope C60
Original language description
Nowadays, everything with the prefix nano- is becoming highly popular. It also applies to carbon nanoallotropes called fullerenes. Chemistry teachers should be able to illustrate the structure of these molecules to their students, preferably in 3D. Therefore three different models of fullerene C60 usable in chemistry class at high school will be presented and compared in this article.
