Resolution-Enhanced Solid-State NMR (13)C-(13)C Correlation Spectroscopy by Optimal Control Dipolar-Driven Spin-State-Selective Coherence Transfer
Original language description
By means of optimal control theory, we have designed spin-state-selective coherence transfer experiments for biological solid-state NMR based on transfer via dipole-dipole coupling interactions. This basically doubles the spectral resolution of 13C correlation spectroscopy and, in the same time shortens the pulse sequences, lowers the demands on hardware and reduces sample heating.
