The article discuss the concept of reurbanisation from a theoretical and methodical perspective. Reurbanisation has been held as one of the stages of urban development recently but it is also tied to process of gentrification, or perceived as a policy aimed to inner cities revitalisation. The main objective of the article is to introduce three different perspectives of reurbanisation.
