Determination of free aromatic amines in radiodiagnostic preparation using segmented flow analysis.

  • Original language description

Flow-through method for the determination of free aromatic amines in radiodiagnostic preparation was worked out, based on the diazotation and coppulation reaction of aminogroups with NaNO2 and N-(1-naphtyl)-etylen-diamin-dihydrochloride in dimethylsulfoxde. The concentration range of determination is 20-300 mol l-1, RSD = 1.3-3.8 %, limit of detection of 3.8 mol l-1, limit of determination of 12.6 mol l-1. The method was tested in the analysis of preparation Iodipamide. aromatic hydrocarbons.
