We propose several modifications of the Mizukami-Hughes method for the numerical solution of scalar two-dimensional steady convection-diffusion equations. The improved method still satisfies the discrete maximum principle and gives very accurate discretesolutions in convection-dominated regime.

Navrhujeme několik modifikací Mizukamiho-Hughesovy metody pro numerické řešení skalárních dvourozměrných rovnic konvekce-difúze. Vylepšená metoda stále splňuje diskrétní princip maxima a dává velmi přesná řešení v případech s dominantní konvekcí.
