Soluble recombinant CD69 receptors optimized to have an exceptional physical and chemical stability display prolonged circulation and remain intact in the blood of mice

  • Original language description

We investigated the soluble forms of the earliest activation antigen of human leukocyte CD69. We describe the physical, biochemical and in vivo characteristics of a highly stable soluble form of CD69 obtained by bacterial expression of an appropriate extracellular segment of this protein.

  • Czech name

Rozpustný rekombinantní receptor CD69 optimalizovaný pro výjimečnou fyzikální a chemickou stabilitu vykazuje prodloužený oběh a zůstává intaktní v krvi myší

  • Czech description

Zkoumali jsme rozpustné formy ranného aktivačního antigenu lidských leukocytů CD69. Popisujeme fyzikální, biochemické a in vivo charakteristiky vysoce stabilní rozpustné formy CD69 získané bakteriální expresí příslušného extracelulárního segmentu tohotoproteinu.
