Correlation of electrical and optical properties with charge collection efficiency of In-doped and In+Si co-doped CdTe
Original language description
The effect of Si co-doping on electrical, optical and spectroscopic properties of In-doped CdTe was investigated. The concentration of Si atoms in the charge was 1E17 cm-3. All Si co-doped samples were n-types, with the resistivity higher than 1E9
Czech name
Porovnání elektrických a optických vlastností s účinností sběru náboje v CdTe dopovaném indiem a kodopovaném indiem a křemíkem
Czech description
Byl zkoumán vliv kodopování křemíkem na elektrické, optické a spektroskopické vlastnosti CdTe dopovaného indiem. Koncentrace Si atomů v navážce byla 1E17 cm-3. Všechny křemíkem kopodované vzorky vykazovaly n-typovou vodivost a odpor vyšší než 1E9
