    Accumulative roll bonding (ARB) was used to prepare sheets from twin-roll cast aluminium alloy. The evolution of microstructure and mechanical properties during ARB process was monitored. The annealing behavior of the ARB sheets was compared with the behavior of conventionally rolled counterparts.
