Magnetism in PrPdSn and NdPdSn Studied on Single Crystals

Result description

Specific heat, magnetization and susceptibility measurements performed on the single crystals of PrPdSn and NdPdSn are presented. Both compounds order antiferromagnetically at TN = 4.2(1) K (PrPdSn) and TN = 3.5(1) K (NdPdSn). The NdPdSn also undergoes another order-to-order phase transition at T1 = 1.95(3) K
