Original language description
Accurate CoRoT space photometry and follow up high dispersion spectroscopy led to the discovery that HD 174884 is a young eclipsing and double-lines spectroscopic binary with a period of 3.657 days and an eccentric orbit ( e=0.3).The secondary eclipse isonly 0.0015 mag.deep and the system consists of two late B stars.
