The program Time_Independent_Multichannel_Radial_Problem (http://utf.mff.cuni.cz/Quantum/software/) solves the multichannel radial problem in an easy and efficient way. It solves both the eigenvalue problem and scattering problem. The program can be usedfor applications in atomic and molecular physics. Versions for Windows and Linux are available.
