The O-type eclipsing binary SZ Camelopardalis revisited
Original language description
The older studies of this multiple system disagreed in velocity amplitudes and also the light-curve solutions gave ratio of component luminosities different from the ratio as inferred from spectroscopy. Therefore we obtained spectra using the 2m telescope in Ondrejov and made new solutions of light curves. Only the light curve by Wesselink offered a solution compatible with spectroscopy. We derived masses of components 16.6 and 11.9 Msun, and radii 9.4 and 5.4 Rsun. These parameters now agree with expectations for the given spectral type.
