Computational cell based multi-scale multi-model framework for prediction of fates of cells in cancer biology.
Original language description
Mathematical and computational multi-scale multi-model models of complex natural processes are being intensively studied. A natural way to describe and predict complex biological processes is to use multi-scale multi-model models. We describe a computational cell based ('middleout') multi-scale multi-model framework for the prediction of complex biological processes and we demonstrate the usage of the framework in cancer biology.
