Selective pair luminescence in the 1.4 eV band of CdTe:In

  • Original language description

Photoluminescence induced by selective excitation of donor-acceptor pairs in the spectral region of A centers in CdTe crystals doped with indium was investigated. The peaks shifted with excitation photon energies and their temperature dependences were studied and information on excited states of holes bound to A centers were obtained.
