Original language description
The effect of Sc, Pr, and Ce co-doping on the emission and scintillation properties of lutetium aluminum epitaxial garnet layers, Lu3Al5O12, was studied. The Sc and Pr co-doped garnets with optimized dopant content provide in many aspects better emissionand scintillation response compared to those without Sc co-doping.
