  • Original language description

    Surface photovoltage method (SPV) was used for evaluation of exciton diffusion length in MEH-PPV layers. TEM amd SPV techniques were applied to CdS nanoparticles synthesized by thermal decomposition of Cd-xanthates in TEA and Sigma-Aldrich CdS nanocrystals to evaluate the size of the nanoparticles.
