General treatment of vortical, toroidal, and compression modes
Original language description
The multipole vortical, toroidal and compression modes are analysed in the framework of the Skyrme RPA approach in 208Pb. Both convection and magnetization nuclear currents are taken into account. It is shown that isoscalar vortical modes are dominated by the convection part of the current while toroidal modes by magnetization part of the current.
