    Study of the NH+ + H2 Reaction Using 22-Pole Ion Trap at Low Temperatures

    In the present work the kinetics of the NH+ + H2 => NH2+ + H reaction has been studied using a linear RF 22-pole ion trap at temperature range from 105 K down to 50 K. The reaction rate coefficient at 105 K obtained from the corresponding fit is 1.2x10-9 cm3 s -1. Obtained data are in good agreement with Langevin rate coefficient and earlier measurements.
