Radial Distribution of the Temperature in the T-form of Oxygen DC Glow Discharge
Original language description
Our contribution presents the last results of our study of DC glow discharge in oxygen and in oxygen-nitrogen mixture. The discharge was studied at medium pressures (500-2000 Pa), where the so-called T-form of positive column is present. The rotational temperature of the oxygen molecules was calculated by the means of the Boltzmann plot. Flat radial profile of the temperature was observed in both pure oxygen and oxygen with 1 % addition of nitrogen for all investigated pressures.
