Metodami rentgenovskoj fotoelektronnoj spektroskopii i skanirujuščej elektronnoj mikroskopii izučena struktura pripoverchnostnych nanosloev tonkich plenok AsxS100-x (x = 40, 45, 50) i ee transformacija pod dejstviem kogerentnogo zelenogo (532 nm) lazernogo oblučenija. Pokazano, čto sostav polučennych plenok zavisit ne tolko ot sostava ischodnogo materiala, no takže ot sostava pary v processe isparenija. Lazernoe izlučenie s energiej, blizkoj k energii širiny zapreščennj zony, snižaet količestvo gomopoljarich svjazej As-As i S-S v plenkach, polučennych termičeskim ispareniem stekol As40S60 i As50S50. Kompozicja As45S55 demonstriruet uveličenie količestva svjazej As-As, nesmotrja na častičnoe umenšenie svjazej S-S. Nabljudaemyj effekt imeet mesto iz-za naličija strukturnych edinic As4S3. Dlja izučenija struktury poverchnosti plenok byli polučeny SEM snimki obrazcov AsxS100-x (x = 40, 45, 50), sveženapylennych, otožžennych i oblučennych lazerom.
