Fridrich11Institute of Plasma Physics of the CAS, Prague, Czech Republic2Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic3Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering, CTU in Prague, Prague,Czech RepublicTheequilibriumsolutionoftheGrad-Shafranovequationintheformofthe2DfunctionofpsiandoftheF(ψ)=RBtorfunctionandthepressurep(ψ)profileoffersfundamentalinformationaboutthetokamakplasmastate.Thecombinationofthesefunctionsprovidescomplexinformationabouttheplasmasuchasthetopology,plasmacurrents,andthemagneticfield.Plasmaequilibriumisusedforbothdataanalysisandasoneoftheinputsofcomputersimulations.KnownplasmaequilibriumplaysakeyroleinadesignofnewmachineslikeCOMPASS-UinPrague.Asaconsequence,equilibriumanalysistoolsarepartofthemostofsimulationcodesandtheyareincludedamongtheequipmentofmanytokamakplasmascientists.Nevertheless,aunifiedanduniversalpackageforsimpleandfastmanipulationofequilibriaisstillmissing.Inthiscontribution,wepresentanewopen-sourcepythonpackagePLEQUE(PLasmaEQUilibriumEnjoyment)[1]whichaimstosolvethisissue.Wefocusonfouraspectsofthepackage.Firstly,weintroducemethodsusedfortheinputanalysiswhichallowobtainingself-consistentinformation(e.g.x-point,magneticaxis,strike-points,orplasmaboundary).Secondly,wedemonstrateitspossibilitytobeintegratedwithothercodesviatheIMAS(ITERIntegratedModelling&amp;AnalysisSuite)formatorstandardequilibriumg-eqdskformat.Theabilitytoreadsomerealtokamakmachineequilibriaisdemonstratedaswell.Thirdly,weshowthesimplehigh-levelinterfacetoobtaintherequesteddataassimplyandeasilyaspossible.Theinterfaceallowsanelegantabilitytoworkwithvarioustokamakcoordinatesystemandtomapprofilesofvariousquantitiesofpsitotheplasmaequilibrium.Finally,applicationssuchasfieldlinetracingwillbedemonstratedand used for magnetic field reconstruction in the presence of resonant magnetic perturbations.[1] https://github.com/kripnerl/pleque
