Original language description
In this work we study the evolution of qubit-environment entanglement forsuperconducting transmon qubits interacting with microwave cavity photons, for theenvironment that is a mixture of coherent states. To this end, we use the methods forquantification of system-environment entanglement, that were previously developed forinteractions that lead to pure decoherence of the system, generalized to time-dependentHamiltonians. We observe that the change in the time dependence and the initial state ofthe environment significantly affect the behavior of the evolution of qubit-environmententanglement.
