We present the results of a search for the b RIGHTWARDS ARROW dlþl- flavor-changing neutral-current rare decaysBþ;0 RIGHTWARDS ARROW ðη;ω; πþ;0; ρþ;0Þeþe- and Bþ;0 RIGHTWARDS ARROW ðη;ω; π0; ρþÞμþμ- using a 711 fb-1 data sample that contains772 x 106 BB- events. The data were collected at the ϒð4SÞ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKBasymmetric-energy eþe- collider. We find no evidence for signal and set upper limits on branchingfractions at the 90% confidence level in the range ð3.8-47Þ x 10-8 depending on the decay channel. Theobtained limits are the world's best results. This is the first search for the channels Bþ;0 RIGHTWARDS ARROW ðω; ρþ;0Þeþe-and Bþ;0 RIGHTWARDS ARROW ðω; ρþÞμþμ-.
