    Search for Baryon-Number-Violating Processes in B- Decays to the - Ξ0cΛ--c Final State

    We report the results of the first search for B- decays to the -Ξ0c- Λ-c final state using 711 fb-1 of datacollected at the ϒð4SÞ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy eþe- collider.The results are interpreted in terms of both direct baryon-number-violating B- decay and Ξ0c- -Ξ0coscillations which follow the standard model decay B- RIGHTWARDS ARROW Ξ0c- Λ-c. We observe no evidence for baryonnumber violation and set the 95% confidence-level upper limits on the ratio of baryon-number-violatingand standard model branching fractions BðB- RIGHTWARDS ARROW - Ξ0c- Λ-c Þ=BðB- RIGHTWARDS ARROW Ξ0c- Λ-c Þ to be &lt; 2.7% and on theeffective angular frequency of mixing ω in Ξ0c- - Ξ0coscillations to be &lt; 0.76 ps-1 (equivalent toτmix &gt; 1.3 ps).
