Soudní systém a soudní praxe v totalitních režimech 20. století - porovnání přístupů v komunistických a nacistických režimech
Original language description
This thesis examines political ideologies, their influence on legal systems and judicial practice in Nazi Germany and the Communist Soviet Union, including their significant differences and similarities. The first part examines the historical roots, development and application of communist and Nazi ideologies, highlighting their fundamental influence on the formation of legal systems and methods of political control. Next, political trials and the abuse of legal systems by both regimes to eliminate political opposition and maintain authoritarian power are examined, presenting specific cases such as the White Rose and Moscow trials that illustrate the manipulation of law and the judiciary. The text also highlights the international response to these regimes and the importance of international law and institutions in the context of preventing human rights violations and maintaining international peace and security.
