The article presents materials obtained by the archaeological expedition of Uzhhorod National University in 2017 during the investigation of the medieval church in Palaď Komarivtsi (Ukraine, Zakarpattia Oblast). The results of the excavations conducted inside the church and on its adjacent territory are highlighted. The total excavated area is 74 m<sup>2,</sup> yielding substantial and comprehensive material. Remnants of the foundations of the original church and traces of later reconstructions were identified, allowing the determination of the overall site plan, including the examination of tombs. Within the church’s interior and its adjacent area, a series of burials were recorded, with some revealed as inventory-related. The collected material spans chronologically from the 13th to the 18th century. Its analysis supports the assertion of the church’s existence around the turn of the 13th to 14th century. © 2025 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
