Calculation of Dielectric Constant of Two- Component Composites

Original language description

The dielectric constant of the two-component composites is calculated numerically on the basis of Monte Carlo simulation of the diffusion in non-homogeneous medium. The diffusion constant is related to dielectric constant via analogy between diffusion with time-indepeendent sources and the electrostatics. Dependence of the results on parameters of the simulation and models of the composite structure is studied and removed by a limiting process.
