Spinal canal is a central element of the spinal system. It consist of vertebral "protection" of spinal cord and it verges into cerebral part in area of basis cranii. Cerebrospinal fluid plays an important role in biomechanics of the spinal canal. It is terminal transmitter in the cerebrospinal complex. A disorder of clearness is always accompanied by a dysfunction that can be temporarily hidden. That presents a significant danger for effectivity of implants application.
