  • Original language description

    The paper deals with th incidence of sexual dysfunction in treatment by paroxetine depending on CYP 2D6 activity. The group of 20 patients included 14 with sexual dysfunction. The statistic comparison (by the Mann-Whitney test) of ASEX UKU and SFM/SFŽ scale items revealed a statistic significant women with recuded CYP 2D6 metabolic capacity in the lubrical on, sexual desire, and self-evaluation items.
